The RDP-XA700iP features sound technologies specifically designed by Sony to deliver a powerful bass experience from a compact form factor. This includes a built-in subwoofer and original DMC technology ? a combination of dual passive radiators, magnetic fluid speakers and a Clear Phase digital signal processor. Magnetic fluid technology delivers higher sound pressure levels and clearer vocals while Sony's unique Clear Phase circuitry reduces distortion and increases sound presence for a crisp and clean listening experience.

For iPod Touch/iPhone/iPad/personal computer users, the audio performance of the RDP-XA700iP dock is complemented with fully integrated AirPlay, which enables the wireless streaming of music from an iTunes library.

Sony's new lineup also includes the RDP-XF300iP and RDP-X200iP speaker docks compatible with iPad, both featuring wireless music streaming with Bluetooth wireless technology. They employ powerful digital amplifiers and advanced digital signal processing, utilizing two-way speaker systems to deliver rich sound performance. For the utmost in convenience, flexible docking mechanisms allow these models to accommodate iPod, iPhone, and iPad without removal from their carrying cases. A dedicated dock app for iPod, iPhone, iPad is available at Apple App store for additional functionality.

The RDP-XF300iP model adds a built-in rechargeable battery to its repertoire, giving music lovers the freedom to take superb sound around the house or on the go. It also includes an FM tuner and a multi-mode graphic equalizer for sound customization. In addition, its flexible docking mechanism is retractable, simplifying portability.

Each new X-Series model adds style to any room with its sophisticated design and brushed aluminum accents. They also include full-function remote controls for convenient operation.

The RDP-XA700iP, RDP-XF300iP and RDP-X200iP speaker docks will be available this March for about $399, $249 and $199, respectively, at Sony Stores, online at sony.com/docks as well as throughout the Sony Authorized Dealer Network nationwide.
